I'm a PhD student researching the cellular diversity of tumors and their different microenvironments. I apply In Situ Sequencing to different types of tumors such as colorectal cancer or glioblastoma to dig in the different niches that keep tumor cells alive, such as stem cell niches. I also work with 3D models applied to the same topic.
